Gora Nidhi Limited is a public limited company incorporated on 6 March 2020 under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at Chanderiya, Chittorgarh (Rajasthan).
As a Nidhi company, we function on the principle of mutual benefit: our members come together to encourage thrift and savings within the community, and we deal with members alone — never with the general public.
We are committed to transparent governance, careful record-keeping and full compliance with the Nidhi Rules, 2014 and the directions of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

We do not publish or advertise deposit schemes in any form. Details are shared with members privately, marked “for private circulation to members only”.

We do not carry on chit fund, hire-purchase, leasing, insurance or securities business, and we do not issue preference shares or debentures.

We keep things transparent
Proper books of account, KYC for every member, and timely filings with the Registrar of Companies.
